Go to our deposit page, select Interac e-Transfer and the amount you want to deposit
You will be shown a confirmation screen prompting you to check your email

Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for an email from PowerPlay's banking facility 'BNA Smart Payments' and click on 'Accept Request'

You will be taken to your bank login to sign in and confirm the amount to be transferred
It's that simple!
OPTION 2: Interac Online
If your bank is TD Canada Trust or RBC then use Interac Online instead of Interac eTransfer. Simply click on the Interac Icon on the deposit page to start.
OPTION 3: Bank & credit cards
You can deposit using bank or credit cards. We accept all cards however these are the most popular and successful cards:
BMO (Bank of Montreal)- Mastercard
CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank) - Delta & VISA
Canadian Tire Bank - Mastercard
Please note that sometimes your card transaction might not go through. We recommend you call your bank to process the payment and say PowerPlay is a trusted merchant. We appreciate it’s more effort for you but we know this often works for our other customers.
